Site work for a mixed-use development in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline; and sidewalk / parking lot.
In general terms, the purpose of this procurement is to select a qualified contractor which provides the best value for the money, to provide all construction and related services required for the installation of approximately 1.3 kilometers of 4-inch XHP and IP steel and PE gas pipe and the installation of a new gas pressure regulating facility in the City of Kingston. The Corporation requests Bids for the following work on the Project (the Work), as more fully described in the documents indicated in IB.5: a) 1100 metres of XHP gas pipe b) 200 metres of IP gas pipe c) 500 metres of rock excavation d) 600 square metres of asphalt pavement e) 25 square metres of concrete sidewalk f) 15 metres of concrete curb The deadline for all enquiries shall be 4:00 p.m. Local time, Thursday April 27, 2023.
