Renovation of an educational facility in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the "Board") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for RFQ 23-49 Roof Replacement of Roof Areas A, G, H, I, K, & M at Cataraqui Woods Elementary School. Quotations will only be accepted from contractors who have prequalified under #15-14 Roofing Contractors. The scope of work for this project includes for the replacement of shingles, complete with ice and water shield, in roof areas A, G, H, I, K and M, as well as flashing replacement and snow guard installation. Minor masonry repairs are required to the existing veneer. Documents can be obtained at https://ldsb.bidsandtenders.ca/ Award subject to final approval.
