This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Kingston (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Road Intersection Widening, Pathway, and Bridge Rehabilitation Construction Services for Montreal Street at John Counter Boulevard The City intends to construct an intersection widening at Montreal St at John Counter Blvd, complete with new turning lanes and active transportation infrastructure; construct a multi-use pathway on the south side of John Counter from Montreal St westerly to Elliott Avenue and heading south to connect to the K&P trailhead; and to perform a bridge rehabilitation on the CN Rail overpass on Montreal Street just north of John Counter Question Deadline 06/05/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Documents may be obtained at https://www.biddingo.com/ Tender has been cancelled. If/when the project will be re-tendered is undetermined at this time.
