The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform design services for the following project: 4TH DISTRICT PROVO COURTHOUSE - TWO COURTROOM BUILDOUT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS PROVO, UTAH Project Description: The Provo Courthouse was designed and built with future expansion in mind. The court now needs the planned shelled space built out for two additional courtrooms with associated support space for two judges and 14-17 staff members. The Court wishes to follow the same design as used for the other courtrooms in the building. The 2nd floor shelled area will be built out for two courtrooms, chambers, holding areas and staff support spaces - conference room and offices. In addition to the 3rd floor work, the current 1st floor clerks office has two large conference rooms that will need to be converted into additional staff work spaces. The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method. The Solicitation for A/E Services documents, including the proposal requirements and the selection criteria and Project Schedule, will be available at 3:00 PM on Friday, April 14, 2023 on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website and can also be accessed via the DFCM website - Electronic Bidding.
