Provo City Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified contractors to build all buildings on the north section of the Regional Sports park as a cost-plus fee contract. Provo City Parks and Recreation is soliciting this bid from qualified Contractors to manage the construction of all buildings located on the north section of the park. This includes all labor and materials used to construct the large restroom building, maintenance and restroom combo building, covered parking, soil storage, fueling station and trash enclosures. Refer to the project specifications and plan set for a more complete description of the project. It is expected that the chosen contractor will follow the contents of this document and the accompanying drawings and specifications with due perseverance Except to postpone the Bid opening, no Addenda shall be issued within 48 hours of the Bid closing. BIDS received after this time will not be accepted. After the RFB submission time has ended the proposals will be received, reviewed and scored according to the parameters set forth in this document. The right is reserved by Provo City to reject any or all RFB's and to waive defects to make awards to the most competitive and responsible respondent.
