Floodplain Grading & Pond Trail Phase General Activities, Care of Water, Grading of Floodplain, Grading for Pond Trails, Grading of Access Ramp for Fish Stocking, Stockpiling, Construction Fence Relocation, Placement of Barbed Wire Fence along the north property line, Revegetation, and all appurtenant work in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications 1.Contractors are required to review and comply with the insurance requirements and limits as stated in the bid document. 2. Certificate of Insurance Guide for vendor reference The Work to be constructed is located off 9000 S along the Jordan River and north of the Rocky Mountain Power substation. Approximately 825 W and 8400 S to 8800 S All communications relative to this Work shall be directed to the Purchasing Manager, joe.bryant@westjordan.utah.gov prior to opening of Bids. All questions relating to interpretation of the Contract Documents or products must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the opening of bids, and responses will be in the form of written addenda to the Contract Documents. Questions submitted after this time period will not be answered. All such questions should be received April 19, 2023 @ 10:00 a.m. MST LOCATION OF THE WORK: The Work to be constructed is located off 9000 S along the Jordan River and north of the Rocky Mountain Power substation. Approximately 825 W and 8400 S to 8800 S Completion- 180 calendar days work shall be completed prior to August 1, 2023.
