A well pump house is an approved use in the PF zone. The Planning Commission will take appropriate action. 4.2 Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan - Central Utah Water Conservancy District (CUWCD) Well house #16 CUWCD is requesting site plan approval for a new well pump house located at approximately 700 E 1300 N in the Regional Commercial (RC) zone. A well pump house is a conditional use in the RC zone. The Planning Commission will take appropriate action. 4.3 Site Plan - Central Utah Water Conservancy District (CUWCD) Well house #17 CUWCD is requesting site plan approval for a new well pump house located at approximately 800 E 350 N in the Geneva Road Mixed Use (GRMU) zone. A well pump house is a conditional use in the GRMU zone, which was obtained on February 17, 2021.The Planning Commission will take appropriate action. 4.4 Public Hearing - Zoning Text Amendment - 15.12.060 - Dimensional Standards Table Bird Homes, LLC has applied for a zoning text amendment to increase the maximum building height for properties located withing the Regional Mixed Use (RMU) Zone. The current code allows for a maximum height of 60 feet, the change would increase maximum height to 70 feet in the RMU. The Planning Commission will forward a recommendation to the City Council. ________________________________________________________________ The Central Utah Water Conservancy District ("District") is requesting interested general contractors to submit qualifications to be prequalified to construct the CUWCD CWP Wellhouses #7, #16, & #17 Project ("Project"). The Project will consist of the construction of three drinking water well pump houses, consisting of masonry pump houses with asphalt shingle roofs, furnishing and installing 1,250 HP vertical turbine pumps, piping, valving, chlorination equipment, HVAC, surge tank, vaults, electrical, backup power generator, paving, site work, and other associated items. Installation will occur on three separate District owned properties located throughout Vineyard, Utah County, Utah.
