The current code allows for a maximum height of 60 feet, the change would increase maximum height to 70 feet in the RMU. The Planning Commission will forward a recommendation to the City Council. ________________________________________________________________ The Central Utah Water Conservancy District ("District") is requesting interested general contractors to submit qualifications to be prequalified to construct the CUWCD CWP Wellhouses #7, #16, & #17 Project ("Project"). The Project will consist of the construction of three drinking water well pump houses, consisting of masonry pump houses with asphalt shingle roofs, furnishing and installing 1,250 HP vertical turbine pumps, piping, valving, chlorination equipment, HVAC, surge tank, vaults, electrical, backup power generator, paving, site work, and other associated items.
