Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Ross, Roger. The Contractor shall follow the attached Specification Section 10291. See attached school plans for building locations. Workmanship, materials, and effectiveness of treatment shall be guaranteed for a period of 1 year for fumigation from date of acceptance of this project. Contractor shall submit a copy of the Fumiscope Readings showing the time of reading and adjustments made to the dosage with the form of guarantee. Due to the need to maintain school operations, tenting shall be scheduled during school breaks, weekends or holidays. The contractor shall obtain approval of the tenting date from the school administration at least 3 weeks prior to performing the work. This procurement is being done by Dept. of Accounting and General Services on behalf of the Dept. of Education. Dept. of Education will be funding and providing purchase orders for this project.
