Furnishing all equipment, labor, and materials with the exception of those described in "Other Requirements" and performing all operations required for the construction of stabilization of the existing Lane City Dam, located on the Colorado River in Wharton County, Texas, and includes: - Dam Stabilization. Major features include new sheet pile wall downstream of existing stilling basin, extension of stilling basin formed with grout bags, and replacement of existing Bascule gate hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic power unit. - East Bank Stabilization. Major features include excavation to reduce east bank slope, new sheet pile walls, extension of secondary spillway, new stairs and associated stream gauge piles, Class 3 and 4 rip rap and Flexamat erosion protection. - West Bank Stabilization. Major features include removal of failing concrete cellular mats, new sheet pile walls and grout bags. The Lower Colorado River Authority is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all equipment, labor and materials to perform all operations required for the construction and stabilization of the existing Lane City Dam located on the Colorado River in Wharton County, Texas. Material exception is for existing, recently blasted and coated sheet pile and hydraulic gate, both located on-site.
