Site work for a water / sewer project in Edwardsville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of May 1, 2023, this project has been awarded to STL LED, LLC in the amount of $59,370.30 All Questions shall be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on April 17, 2023. Any questions submitted after this deadline will not be answered. A final addendum, if needed will be distributed by 2:00 PM on April 18, 2023. Contract Time The work is to be completed and ready for final payment by July 28, 2023. Work may be done Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Work done at any other time must be schedule with the Engineer at least two (2) working days prior. Performance and Payment Bond Contractor shall furnish Performance and Payment bonds, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price as security for the faithful performance and payment of all Contractor's obligations under the Contract Documents. Cashier's check, certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) The City of Edwardsville reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
