Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development; for site work for a water / sewer project; office development; and water / sewer project.
PROJECT NO: 148923 Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for completion of the Tenant Improvement project - addition of four (4) partitioned office spaces with doors and windows, inside of the existing Glendale WTP Office Building. Flooring, stud/drywall, doors/frames, windows, painting, electrical modifications, and HVAC duct modifications in support of the new office spaces. The Engineer's estimate is: $95,000 This Project is deemed a Vertical Construction Project. 4/20/2023 02:00:00 PM (PT) Questions Due Date. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the Questions Tab no later than three (3) business days before the Bid Opening. Submitted" means that the Bidder has: 1) provided all required responses and attachments, 2) digitally signed the Bid on the Response Submission Tab, and 3) received a confirmation after clicking the Submit Response button. After the deadline has passed, the system will not allow Bidders to submit and the server clock will govern. Partial Bids will not be accepted. Bids will be unsealed and opened electronically immediately following the bid closing. The Bid Tab and Recommendation for Award will be posted online as soon as is practicable and available to the public for viewing.
