The City of Creswell is requesting bids for Onsite Wastewater Treatment System upgrades and expansion at the City of Creswell Airport (Hobby Field). The upgrades include connection of most structures/facilities with internal plumbing to a proposed common treatment system and absorption facility. All questions about the meaning or intent of the contract documents shall be submitted to the City's representative in writing. If merited, replies may be issued by addendum, mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the City's representative as having received the bidding documents, per City's Rule 137-049-0250. Requests for changes and clarifications shall be submitted in accordance with City's Rule 137-049-0260. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
