Site work and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in West Unity, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
In general, the project consists of the removal of existing streetscape lighting and the reinstallation of new lighting consisting of 17 lights in the Base Bid and 6 lights in Alternate #1. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be examined at the Owners office listed above or the issuing office without charge. Technical questions regarding the project should be emailed to the Project Manager, Bill Link, blink@jdrm.com, at JDRM Engineering, Inc. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Maintenance and Guarantee Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid. The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the prevailing wage rates established by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, but no bidder shall withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual opening thereof. Questions shall be directed to Bill Link at JDRM Engineering blink@jdrm.com prior to May 3rd, 2023. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Owner.
