Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Williams, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a library; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
A bid security in an amount constituting five percent (5%) of the Base Bid amount in the form of cashier's check, certified check, U.S. money order, or bid bond. Unsuccessful bidders will have their security refunded to them when the contract has been awarded. The scope of this project is to renovate an existing auto shop in Williams, OR into the New Williams Library facility. The project will consist of bringing the structure up to current code for its new occupancy, installation of new ADA compliant restroom, new library support spaces, new casework for the library stack areas, new finishes throughout the building, and paving of new parking facilities. All contractor questions and/or clarifications shall be submitted to owner or architect no later than 5pm on May 10th. Estimated value is a range of $160,000 - $240,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
