Unless it is deemed unnecessary by the City Manager, a contractor or vendor shall provide a surety bond of at least 100% of the total contract price from a surety company authorized to do business in Florida to guarantee the full and faithful performance of its contractual obligations and the payment of labor and material expended pursuant to the contract. The City of Flagler Beach reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to award all or segments of the project, and to waive any informality in Bids received, as may be in the best interest of the City. Sealed bids for all labor, mobilization, materials, tools and equipment necessary to repair /replace interior drywall, wall tiles, carpet, doors, baseboards, painting, ADA compliant hand sinks, and vanities in the 1,600 square foot Flagler Beach Golf Course Clubhouse Building.
