Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Dugald, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 26,372-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Manitoba Hydro intends to contract with an experienced and reliable Contractor to provide construction services for the construction of office building and facilities. The building area is expected to be approximately 2,450 square metres, with a gross floor area of 6,680 square metres. Spaces within the new building shall include workstations, work rooms, focus rooms/pods, hoteling stations, huddle areas, meeting rooms, teaming areas, a field locker room, kitchenettes, showers, washrooms, fitness room, workshop and storage. The workshop is expected to be approximately 600 square metres in area and includes a mezzanine of 50 square metres. Building services are to be supported within the main floor mechanical and electrical rooms that complement an upper storey penthouse of 180 square metres. Refer to General Requirements for further information. The Site, for purposes of this RFP, is north of the Riel Converter Station located immediately east of the City of Winnipeg in Manitoba, Canada, on Manitoba Provincial Trunk Highway 207 between Trans-Canada Highway 1 and Provincial Trunk Highway 15 (UTM Coordinates 5526383.49 m N, 648222.93 m E, 14 U).
