Notice is hereby given by order of the Marin County Board of Supervisors, that the Director of Public Works will receive bids Improvements for this project will generally include clearing and grubbing, limited tree removal and stump grinding, irrigation, grading, soil preparation and amendment, tree planting, and mulching in center medians and some intersections along Sir Francis Drake Boulevard in Greenbrae and Kentfield. Additive Alternate work includes shrubs, groundcover and drip irrigation installation in areas: La Cuesta Drive Entry (Add. Alt #1), Corte Morada Park and Frontage (Add. Alt. #2), and Eliseo Drive Entry (Add. Alt. #3). To bid on this Project, the Bidder and all subcontractors are required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Labor Code. A Bid Bond, cash, certified check, or cashier's check, in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount payable to the County of Marin shall accompany the Proposal.
