Renovation of a municipal facility in San Rafael, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,730-square-foot, four-story above grade, two-room municipal facility.
Questions concerning the Bid should be submitted via Bid Express no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. The County of Marin, Department of Public Works (DPW) is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate and modify existing office spaces for the Department of Finance Room 209 and 225 at 3501 Civic Center Drive, San Rafael. The tenant improvement space plan includes renovation of existing offices and shared spaces. The Project scope also includes painting, electrical, and data, as well as accessibility upgrades. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount payable to the County of Marin shall accompany the Proposal. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class "B" General Building Contractors License at time of bid submittal.
