Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) California Exposition and State Fair PROJECT BUDGET: $100,000 CCA is soliciting cost proposals on behalf of Cal Expo to install ATS and Docking Station. Any questions or requests for clarification (RFC) are to be submitted to PM at TJohnson@ccauthority.org. RFC or questions are be submitted a minimum of 96 hours prior to the bid submittal time, RFCs submitted after this time may not get addressed. SCOPE OF WORK: The project will consist of labor, equipment and materials to implement Marin County Fair PSPS project at the Marin County Fair (Fair) located at 10 Avenue of the Flags, San Rafael, CA 94903. 1. Full project details are included on the project plans included in Appendix B (See Appendix B - Construction Plans), and summarized below: o Remove blank section on the right side of gear and re-route Solar feed, to make room for ATS. o Install new 2500A ATS. o Install new 2500A Docking Station. o Install chase big enough for 2500 Line and Load from ATS to main breaker. o Core hole in concrete wall and install 2500A chase to exterior. o Provide conduit and wire for 2500A service from breaker to Line and Load side of ATS. o Integrate ATS and docking station into existing electrical system using proper wire, conduit, and connections.
