Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lakeport, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of September 23, 2024, another solicitation has been issued for this project. ............ Responsive proposals shall propose a task scope that addresses all four (4) of the Project Objectives (with the option of including BESS and microgrid scopes of work) described in the RFQ/P. More detail and information around technical specifications of each task item can be found in Attachment Upon successful contracting with the selected Proposer, the County and contractor shall hold a kick-off meeting to establish points of contact, schedule milestones, and roles and responsibilities for the project. The project development shall proceed roughly along this pathway: The County will review and approve design documentation based on the requirements in this RFQ/P and as detailed in Attachment B. The County may request additional documents as needed. Prior to the first design submission. All questions must be submitted in writing to facilities@lakecountyca.gov and cc: Natalie Hanson, Optony Inc Natalie.Hanson@OptonyUSA.com.
