Estimated value: $366,800 to $605,599 The College of Bois-de-Boulogne is launching this call for tenders relating to the snow removal service of the St-Paul and Ignace-Bourget pavilions, initial contract for a period of 36 months with 2 renewal options for a period of 12 months each, related to Project No. S22-41. The project involves the awarding of a service contract for snow removal , de-icing and spreading of abrasives on access roads, pedestrian sidewalks and parking areas for our two pavilions, namely the St- Paul located at 10 555, avenue de Bois-de-Boulogne, Montreal and the Ignace-Bourget pavilion located at 10 500, avenue Bois de Boulogne, Montreal. The stoops and entrance steps are excluded from the contract. Project timeline: Initial contract of 36 months: November 1, 2023 to April 30, 2026 1st renewal option for a 12-month period: November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027 2nd renewal option for a 12-month period: November 1, 2027 to April 30, 2028 The BIDDER must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the price proposed in his Bid. This bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution;
This project is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA). A performance bond is required for this project. The PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received within the framework of the call for tenders. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
