This project will provide for the asphalt sealing of approximately 48,000 square feet of parking lot and re-striping of traffic markings of 87 vehicle parking slots and five handicap stalls.The contractor shall maintain the surrounding grounds and facility buildings and will be liable for any damage caused to these grounds and facility buildings due to negligence by contractor employees.
