This project is being administered by the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) and funded by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), FY2021 and FY2022 Millbury Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with a single class value in Sewer and Water of $626,200 will be required. Pearl Street Improvement Project.
