Each proposal must have with it a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Minnetonka in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Minnetonka in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract.
