Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Maidstone, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call civil work for a runway / taxiway.
The Work generally consists of crack sealing of all asphalt concrete pavement roadways within the R.M. of Eldon No. 471 (RM), including the airport taxiway, to improve asphalt concrete pavement waterproofing. Typically, 250,000 lineal meters of cracks are sealed over 103 kilometers of road in the RM in a given year. Tender Documents can be obtained electronically from BAR Engineering Co. Ltd. Requests for the Tender Documents shall be made to Matt Jago at matt.jago@bareng.ca. The Tender submission must be accompanied by a ten percent (10%) Bid Bond and Consent of Surety, as well as an outline of the Bidder's safety program and policy, or valid Certificate of Recognition. The successful Bidder shall furnish Performance and Labour and Materials Payment Bonds within fifteen (15) days following confirmation that the Bidder's Tender has been accepted.
