The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority is requesting statements of qualifications and proposals for On-Call Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services from qualified firms (configured as a team) with proven qualifications to provide professional services for a full range of aviation consulting needs according to the approved Master Plans, Airport Layout Plans, Capital Improvement Program and as directed for the Authority's system of three (3) airports. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/11/2023 12:00 PM The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, re-advertise or award the contract in a manner determined solely by the Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority to be in its best interest. All proposals shall remain valid for a minimum of 90 days. The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority, (in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 7B Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000D to 2000D-4 and Title 49, Code of the Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary , Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federal assisted program for the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act) notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.
