Per the owner, as of September 26, 2023, a design team has been selected. The owner states that construction is anticipated to begin in the spring of 2024. Closed solicitation has been included below for refernce. ............... The DWP is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms (Consultant) to provide Design and Construction Management Services for the Garstin Water Operations Facilities (Project). These facilities include a new operations building, yard improvements, and a new warehouse facility located at 41972 Garstin Drive in Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. A site visit for this project will be by appointment at the DWP office located at 41972 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 between May 1, 2023 and May 5, 2023.
