Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Big Bear Lake, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of August 19, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Garstin Water Operations Facility includes the following: (1) Building "A", 100' X 136' CMU Operations Building with metal roof; (2) Building "B", 199'- 2" x 50'- 2" metal Warehouse Building with metal roof; (3) Building "C", 36' X 200' CMU Equipment Storage Building with metal roof; (4) Building "G", 20' X 24' Greenhouse; (5) Building "D", modifications to existing 50' X 75' Warehouse Metal Building; (6) Modification of existing CMU material storage bins; (7) site grading and paving; (8) underground sewer and storm drain utilities;(9) perimeter fencing, CMU retaining walls, and automatic access gates; (10) Solar and electrical service coordination; (11) demolition of the existing Operations Building. Question Deadline 07/23/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
