Renovation of a swimming pool in Wrangell, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
WORK consists of removing and replacing the exterior siding and column brick facade. The Engineer's Estimate for all work is approximately $395,000. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, or to make award as it best serves the interests of the OWNER. BIDDING, CONTRACT, or TECHNICAL QUESTIONS. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the City and Borough of Wrangell in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price. This serves as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. A Bid shall not be considered unless one of the forms of Bidder's security is enclosed with it.
