Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Auburn, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

This project will consist of installing A/C Mini Split systems in our Print shop and Gym area. Contractor must provide and install one (1) Carrier 4 Ton Heat Pump Condenser (38MARBQ48EA3). Provide and install two (2) Carrier 2 Ton Fan Coil (40MAHBQ24XA3) and (1) wired programmable controller for the Gym. Contractor will also provide and install one (1) Carrier 3 Ton Heat Pump Condenser (38MARBQ36AA3), one (1) Carrier 3 Ton Fan Coil(40MAHBQ36XA3) and one (1) wired programmable controller for Print Shop. Contractors State License Classification required to bid Project is C-20 Questions to be emailed at: BidQuestions@ccc.ca.gov
