The USPFO of CT intends to award a single FFP contract for Project CEKT139042 Small Air Terminal (SAT) Close-Out Repairs at Bradley ANGB, East Granby,CT. The original building contract for this project was terminated for default and the immediate contract action is to finalize punchlist repairs to doors. Work w ill be performed IAW the SOW. This action is being solicited as a total SB set-aside. The NAICS Code is 236220 and the Size Standard for SB is $45M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is less than $25,000. Funds are not presently available for this contract but are expected to be availabe within 30 days after the bid opening.
