Description

Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a 5,912-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

CONTRACT NO. 1 - General Construction CONTRACT NO. 2 - Mechanical Component Construction CONTRACT NO. 3 - Electrical Component Construction Bidders should visit the site to ascertain the pertinent conditions such as access, site contours, proximity of utilities, structural characteristics of the buildings and general site conditions in the work area. Please contact Mr. Austin Kieffer, P.E., PGC Chief of Engineering and Contract at 717-787-4250 Ext 73613 for directions and arrangements to visit the site. The number listed will be routed to central dispatch who will transfer your call onto the individuals. The site is open during normal business hours. A location map is included on the drawing. The exterior of this area is not restricted, but bidders interested in viewing the site should contact Mr. Kieffer to announce their intent and arrival.
