CITY OF RIDDLE PROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES HIGH SCHOOL PUMP STATION GENERATOR AND FORCE MAIN IMPROVEMENTS Proposals Due 2:00 pm, May 25, 2023 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS; Sealed proposals for progressive design-build services for the design and construction of the High School Pump Station Generator and Force Main Improvements Project for the City of Riddle (Owner) will be received by Robert Tilton, Public Works Director, at the Owner's office located at 647 1st Avenue, Riddle, OR 97469 until 2:00 p.m. PDT, May 25, 2023. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Proposals will be reviewed following the process described in the RFP. The selected design-builder will be awarded the project on, or about, June 7th, 2023. The project comprises the collaborative design and construction of improvements, including a new emergency power generator, automatic transfer switch, reinforced concrete, electrical work, new force main, and other miscellaneous work. The delivery scope is for a completely functional automatic emergency power system and force main meeting requirements and that adhere to the final design and budget.
