Trust for Public Land invites proposals from contractors to complete construction services including all labor, materials, equipment, and facilities necessary to complete the Riddle Community Schoolyard Project, which is a joint project of Trust for Public Land, Riddle School District 70, and Riddle Elementary School. Bids will be received online via Pennbid. Bidding documents are available at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at the project location. Statements made by representatives at the meeting are not binding unless confirmed by written amendment or addendum. Technical questions regarding the project, or requests for clarification or change, must be submitted at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Technical questions, requests for clarification or change, and bid protests must be received by the specified deadline. The project is subject to state prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Applicable wage rates can be found at https://www.oregon.gov/boli/employers/pages/prevailing-wage-rates.aspx. In bidding on this project, it is the bidder's responsibility to evaluate the cost of complying with the prevailing wage rates and state labor laws. TPL reserves the right to cancel or modify this solicitation at any time.
