The Scope of This Project Includes the Adaptive Reuse of a Historic Chemical Plant Building Into a Brewing Facility & Tasting Room. The Building is a Contributing Property to the Pulaski Historic Commericial District With Tax Credit Eligibility. The Building is Two Stories, Each Around 2,400 Sf, With a Total of 4,895 Net Square Feet. Historic Walls, Stairs & Ceilings Are Left in Their Original Locations With Some Modification to Improve Accessibility, Code-compliance, or Visibility for the Adaptive Reuse. The Building Also Features a Large Site to Accommodate Outdoor Activities With Close Proximity to Peak Creek at the North Property Line. Sealed bids are invited for adaptive re-use of the McCarthy Building, 91 1st Street Street, Pulaski, VA, into a brewery and tasting rooms. The Project is generally described as substantial renovations to both the exterior and interior of the building, as well as related site work. Bid Bond will be required. Successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds. Owner reserves the right to reject all bids should low bid received exceed funds available for project's construction.
