The Department of Corrections (DOC) is requesting bids to provide janitorial services at the Probation and Parole District #28 Radford and Pulaski sub-office, hereinafter referred to as the Purchasing Agency located at 2003 West Main Street, Radford, Virginia 24141 and 401 N. Washington Ave. Pulaski, Virginia 24301. Janitorial services at Radford shall be provided two (2) days per week, Tuesday and Friday and shall be scheduled and performed during normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Janitorial Services at Pulaski sub-office shall be provided two (2) days per week, Monday and Thursday and shall be scheduled and performed during normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Radford office consists of 4,428 square feet including five (5) bathrooms, one (1) kitchenette/break room combined, one (1) workroom, one (1) janitorial closet, one (1) urine screen testing area, sixteen (16) offices, one (1) conference room, two (2) generic interview rooms, one (1) lobby, one (1) file room and one (1) electrical maintenance room. The Pulaski sub-office consists of 2,500 square feet including: three (3) bathrooms, one kitchen (1) breakroom, two (2) storage closets, one (1) urine screen testing area, seven (7) offices, one (1) administrative work area, one (1) conference room, two (2) generic interview rooms, one (1) lobby area, one (1) rear exit foyer area and two (2) mechanical rooms.
