The purpose of this IFB is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified general contractor to construct Duct Bank improvements at Waxpool Road and Loudoun County Parkway, Broad Run Election District, Loudoun County, Virginia (the "Project"), per plans and specifications prepared by Dewberry Engineers, Inc., as reviewed and approved by Loudoun County, and the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). The Project consists of a Previously Plan CRCP-2017-0001 approved on 03/29/2021.The purpose is to install a Utility Duct Bank which diverts the utility infrastructure prior to the Construction of a future Road construction from 0.078 Mile West to Broderick Drive to Intersection with Loudoun County Parkway. The Project requires complete compliance with all applicable codes, permits, and regulations, including, but not limited to, environmental control and compliance with wetlands permits, grading permits, and all other applicable environmental permits. Once complete, this Project will be inspected and accepted by VDOT, Loudoun County.
