The City of Bristol Tennessee, herein after referred to as City, is seeking the services of a qualified organization to perform a leak detection survey of the Citys water distribution system. The project will include a comprehensive leak detection survey of approximately 280 miles of water transmission and distribution mains, with the findings summarized in a report based on the requirements set forth in the request for proposals.
