The security film shall be applied using an attachment system, such as 3M Impact Protection Adhesive (or owner-approved equivalent). Unit prices must include all associated costs to furnish and install security film and IPA system including, but not limited to taxes, fees, overhead, profit, etc. After a proposal is selected, prior to moving forward with the successful proposer, a representative from BTCS and the contractor will agree on the total square footage of file and linear footage of attachment adhesive to be included in the scope of the project. These totals will be multiplied by the unit prices to determine the value of the contract.
