Demolition, site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; for the construction of a road / highway; for site work for a 30,960-square-foot road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work will consist of asphalt paving, lot striping, concrete curbs, steps, and sidewalks, repair of retaining wall, as well as installing stormwater trenches, guiderail, fencing, lights, and an electric conduit. Responses will be provided on the website and be visible to all Bidders. Any changes to the plans or specifications will be provided as an Addendum and notice will be given to Bidders through the website via email. No responses will be provided for requests received after 2:00 pm on May 19, 2023
