Eastern Connecticut State University (ECSU) is requesting proposals on refuse services for the University. The vendor is responsible for providing both trash and single-stream dumpsters to the University. Services shall include furnishing all containers with covers and providing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform rubbish removal and recycling services to Eastern Connecticut State University. Such addenda shall be added to the original RFP document and posted at www.das.state.ct.us. It shall be the responsibility of prospective contractors and other interested parties to familiarize themselves with the web site and visit it regularly during the RFP process for updated information or addenda related to this RFP. The term of the contract shall be for one (1) year, commencing July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. With an option of renewal for two (2) additional one-year periods upon satisfactory performance and by mutual consent of both parties thus extending the contract to June 30, 2026.
