Renovation of an educational facility in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contract No. 2023 - General Construction This bid will be for the installation of approximately 28,000 square feet of LVT flooring. This will include the removal and disposal of existing carpet and grinding / prepping the floors for the LVT. Work under this contract is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (1961 August 15, PL 987, PS 165) and as amended. Work under this contract is subject to the requirements of the Public Works Employment Verification Act (Act 127 of 2012). Bidders are invited to submit proposals for furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and plant for all appropriate to contract trade construction work for the Floor Replacement at Mifflin County Middle School as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified in the Technical Provisions of the Contract Manual. The specifications for the Project are bound in one (1) Contract Manual and one (1) set of Contract Drawings. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/23/2023 1:00 PM
