The replacement of approximately 9195 Automated Meter Reading units at residential dwellings and commercial properties in Mifflin County, PA. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via electronically in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Telephone inquiries are unacceptable. The estimated cost for this project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The Mifflin County Municipal Authority reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Mifflin County Municipal Authority, and to reject any or all proposals.
