Mifflin County Library Alterations & Additions Phase 1-Accessibility & Enhancement Project 123 N Wayne ST, Lewistown, PA 17044. All bids shall conform to the scope included in the Project Manual. This project consists of streetscape enhancement adjacent to the Mifflin County Campus . The County intends to enter into multiple contracts for such - General Construction, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Construction (which are subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act if over $25,000) . Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, Trust Company Treasurer's Check or Certified Check made payable to Mifflin County in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid proposal. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Mifflin County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any bids, or to waive any informality in the bid process when it is in the best interest of Mifflin County and may reject the bid of any bidder who they determine is not qualified to perform the Contract. The construction duration is currently scheduled to start approximately January 15, 2024, and be fully complete by November 15, 2024. Bid Result. General Construction: Wayne S.
