Renovation of an educational facility in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Mifflin County Middle School Flooring Replacement Project A certified check, payable to the Mifflin County School District, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and Surety Company, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. This project is funded with Federal ESSERS Funds; therefore, work under this contract is subject to the requirements of the Federal Davis Bacon Building Wage Rates, as amended. Work under this contract is subject to the requirements of the Public Works Employment Verification Act (Act 127 of 2012) and the MBE/WBE Guidelines as established by the ESSERS Funding Program. The construction period is 60 consecutive calendar days, beginning on or about June 10, 2024. All work must be completed no later than Friday, August 16, 2024. The Mifflin County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the District.
