The City of Woodlake seeks a firm to provide Architectural, Engineering and Landscape Architectural services for the City of Woodlake Civic Center Project. This request is being issued by the City of Woodlake, City Administrator's Office for the City of Woodlake Civic Center. The City of Woodlake seeks to construct the City of Woodlake Civic Center across from the existing City Hall. The Civic Center will be constructed on City-owned property at 321 and 333 N. Valencia Blvd. The City is proposing to develop ~ a 10,000-15,000 SF Civic Center to serve three functions within a joint lobby: Police Department Administration (Dispatch, Records, Administration) City Hall Administration (Administration, Accounting, Planning, Permits, Parks and Rec, Council Chambers, Lobby) Citizen Service Center Unless otherwise directed, all communication regarding this request should be directed to the City of Woodlake at (559) 564-8055.
