Renovation of an educational facility in Courtenay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construction services for the replacement of the Courtenay Elementary fire panel, devices and wiring loop. All questions or inquiries concerning this tender shall be in writing via email, addressed to below, and must be received by Monday, May 22nd, 2023. The work associated with this project must be Substantially Completed by August 31st, 2023. If any Bidder declines to enter into a contract within the period set out in the Bid Form,or a further agreed period of time, the principal and surety will be required to pay the Owner a sum equivalent to the difference between the principals bid and the accepted ten percent (10%) of the principal's bid, whichever is lesser. The successful Proponent shall provide a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
