Site work, remodeling and addition to a mixed-use development in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and 64,426-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility.
This project consists of a remodel of a portion of the 3rd floor office space at the Hugh Nichols Public Safety Building to accommodate construction of an Integrated Command Center for the Traffic and Incident Management. It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements. Minority and women's owned businesses are encouraged to bid. The City of Nampa is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
