Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice 9 Page 9 of 9 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 36C25023Q0688 Responses are due by May 16, 2023, at 2:00PM (EST) COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, dated March 07, 2016. Solicitation 36C25023Q0688 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued as open market, set-aside Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business/Veteran Own Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB) and Small Business but does not exclude other vendors, NAICS Code is 622110; 238220, General and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies or Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractor Manufacturing and Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard 1000 Employees, etc. The Government is seeking a vendor who can provide a Triplex Water Softener System for the Dayton VA Medical Center. Place of Performance: Department of Veterans Affairs, Dayton VA Medical Center, 4100 W. Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428. Provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial and 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items are applicable to this acquisition. This procurement is being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 13 procedures. In accordance with provision 52.212-2, the Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror who offers the lowest price, whose price is found to be reasonable, and whose proposal does not take exception with any of the requirements for this procurement specified in the solicitation.
