Renovation of a detention facility in Headingley, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for the Replacement of the Chiller at Headingley Correctional Centre located at 6030 Portage Avenue, Headingley, Manitoba. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to demolition and removal of existing chiller, piping systems, controls, electrical components and building elements; provision of new chiller, pumps, Thompson filter, piping system modifications, controls, DCC graphics modifications, and associated mechanical, electrical and structural systems; and provision of a new double door in the boiler room to facilitate chiller demolition, removal and installation. Work site location will not be occupied during construction. CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFP Contact" will be: Contract Administrator: El Dela Cruz Email: cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca Deadline for questions May 26, 2023. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address.
