The State of California Military Department will accept bids from qualified bidders, who attended the Job Walk offering to provide equipment, materials, labor, licenses, bonds and insurance required for the Roof HVAC Replacement - National City Armory located at National City Armory, 303 Palm Ave., National City, California. Work to include: The new installation of the roof, preferred Vendor MB Technology roofing material, underlayment, fascia gutters, downspouts, metal soffit, metal trim at fascia and rakes and drilled for ventilation and new Mechanical Units. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
